		<description>Hi, this is not a reply but a question. Does the  internet usage of IPTV get deducted from the provider&#039;s bandwidth limit per customer contract? for example , will the 1.5 mb/s IPTV get deducted from a 100gb monthly download/upload cap on a service?  Thanks Chris

Yes, if you are using a measure IP service, your downloaded content will take up some of your Internet bandwidth.</description>
